CMW means to me
Cycling on the most beautiful and quietest roads in Switzerland, human diversity and openness, cozy pre- and after-ride moments.
and when I'm not cycling
I enjoy spending time with my three girls (two of whom are daughters), observing nature and landscapes. The icing on the cake: a run down a slope on my snowboard on fresh snow.

Family. A place where you can simply come and be yourself, just as you feel. Where I can celebrate and enjoy cycling in beautiful nature – just like that. Here I feel free and comfortable, I am home.
and when I'm not cycling
I'm usually eating. Everything. Quite a lot. Often fries. Enjoying life. Near and far. Above or below water, but always with great people, and both light and deep conversations.

CMW means to me
To get my weekly dose of social interaction and chat amateurishly about the world of cycling with like-minded people during numerous coffee breaks. A total cliché cyclist. Will pull for cake.
and when I'm not cycling
Hopefully, I'll be standing by some body of water with a fishing rod in my hand, balancing out the social aspect of cycling with a great deal of solitude.

CMW means to me
Cycling for the sake of cycling. On secluded roads with little traffic. Discovering new (hidden) routes and culinary delights with like-minded people and simply having a good time.
and when I'm not cycling
I love spending time with my family. I enjoy eating and drinking, preferably good food. I sometimes tap my foot to the music at a dance club with my friends, lie by the Aare River, or play basketball.

CMW means to me
Exploring the unknown backroads and hills around Bern with incredibly friendly cycling enthusiasts, discussing the latest cycling trends in a group, or exchanging life-saving cycling hacks. Sometimes small talk, sometimes deep conversations. Sometimes challenging climbs, sometimes welcome shelter from the wind. Stunning views, inspiring insights. Guaranteed to leave you with a broad grin on your face. That's CMW for me!
and when I'm not cycling
I love to eat, preferably nonstop. I sign up for way too many cycling events. Okay, I also have a paid job. And I enjoy spending time with my family. Unless the kids are testing my patience. Then I get back on my bike. To unwind or to come up with new ideas.
